Product Description X-Lite X-802 Twist white red fullface helmet
X-802 is the composite fiber racing helmet of Nolan Group.
In this project, the culmination of years of experience at the highest levels in motorcycle racing and each component (shell, visor, internal padding and ventilation system) is the result of new developments, aimed at providing a product with constant quality and perfect performance. Every detail has been carefully designed considering top performance and developed along an experimental and testing at the MotoGP. Already at the beginning of the 2008 motorcycle racing season, Casey Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo and other riders sponsored by Nolan Group, tested and experimented many of the innovative technical solutions that are found on this helmet, now available for the most serious and demanding riders.
01 - TRIPLE SHELL
X-802 benefits from the advantages of using three different measurements of outer shell for the six available helmet sizes (XS-S, ML, XL-XXL). Thus, weight and volume of the helmet (and hence its aerodynamic resistance) are kept to a minimum, proportionate to the rider's size.
02 - SHIELD
The peak of X-802 is completely new, with important innovations in design that result in a considerable breadth of vision and excellent geometry of rotation enjoyed by all the operations of opening, closing and application of the system Pinlock ®, The inner visor with a tarnish-resistant silicone profile (included). Equip the helmet in its version with curved surface, but is also available as an accessory in the flat model, designed for the use of external visor tear (tear-off).

03 - REMOVABLE COMFORT PADDING IN UNITHERM
The fabric used for the construction of the interior UNITHERM that equips X-802 is the highest performance in terms of comfort. This is a new generation of microfiber elastic, capable of exercising active control of breathability by rapidly dispersing perspiration. The removable cheek pads offer the greatly appreciated configuration STEADYFIT triple differentiated density, can provide a high comfort even under conditions of substantial cheek pressure, which is essential to keep the helmet stable even at high speeds on the track.
04 - ADJUSTABLE STABILITY DEVICE (ASD)
At the rear of the shell is an innovative integrated spoiler aerodynamic variable. The product of experience and testing in a wind tunnel and on track, the new spoiler optimizes the helmet's aerodynamics while driving, stabilizing it at high speeds, and assists the extraction of hot air from inside through holes in the integrated mining spoiler. His profile, and its aerodynamics, can be adjusted in the two available configurations to better adapt to different positions and styles.
05 - VENTILATION SYSTEM
X-802 offers the most comprehensive ventilation system and effective ever developed for a helmet. In addition to the aforementioned ASD the innovative rear spoiler that integrates permanent extraction of hot air from the inside, is characterized by:
1 high-flow air intake, with defogging function;
2 front protection with integrated aerodynamic vent;
3 side air extractor;
4 direct entry front air intake;
5 upper air outlet widespread release.
