Product Description BC P12A - Waterproof 12V Socket with Universal Motorcycle Handlebar Holder

The accessory P12A is a 12V waterproof cigarette lighter socket provided with a universal holder for all motorcycle tubular handlebars (22.2 mm, 25.4 mm and 28.6 mm). It is suitable also for Apple devices (iPads, iPhones, iPods). The accessory is made up of a wiring harness with eyelets - designed for a permanent connection to the motorcycle battery - and a cabled cigarette lighter socket with a waterproof connection system. The total lenght of 145 cm makes it ideal for every motorcycle.
The socket is waterproof thanks to the protection cap and the watertight connection system. It can be used to recharge/supply electronic devices provided with a cigarette lighter adapter (smartphones, tablets, MP3 readers...) or for connecting a BC battery charger to charge the battery on the vehicle. The protection fuse with waterproof fuseholder guarantees the highest safety.
The socket can be mounted on the handlebar through the included holder. Panel mounting is also possible (mounting ring nut included). The socket is compatible with USB adapters for cigarette lighter socket (max. 4.2 Amp - 5 Volt).
All 12V BC sockets are made in Italy, with specific materials for the Automotive industry, resistant to oils, greases and high temperatures. All the accessories have been subjected to a strict testing processes.
