microfiber upper technomicro - in the manufacture of most sidi boots, sidi uses a new generation material called "technomicro". Technomicro is a composite microfiber created from threads that are so thin, each less than a thousandth of the thickness of the silk. These fibers act like natural leather, but with the advantage of better strength, a softer structure and a lighter weight. Technomicro is water resistant, highly resistant to abrasion and tearing. Easy to clean and maintain, technomicro does not stain, offers reduced weight, greater flexibility and a better feel than the leather or other boots made of synthetic material.
