Full-face helmet of the latest generation, which meets the most demanding requirements for performance, comfort and safety. Its lightness, the aerodynamic shape of the shell and the great comfort characterize this helmet by SMK, which is at the top of its category.
The outer shell is molded in EIRT (Energy Impact Resistant Thermoplastic) a thermoplastic resin particularly resistant to impact, and has an aerodynamic shape that offers little resistance to air, to the benefit of the silentness of the helmet.
The inner shell is printed in eps of differentiated density, in two sizes for the best absorption of energy deriving from an impact.
The ventilation system has been designed to allow the constant entry of fresh air through the two adjustable air intakes, one positioned on the chin guard and another on the upper part of the shell. The hot air will then be able to escape through the rear extractor.
The visor mechanism is simple and functional, and does not require the use of tools to remove or fix the external visor. To release it, once raised, just pull the red lever forward. It also allows a first shot that allows the visor to remain slightly open, optimizing the anti-fog effect from low speeds.
The visor has an anti-scratch system and is molded in polycarbonate. It is also prepared for the use of the Pinlock ® Original and is Extra Wide Vision, that is to say that allows the rider to enjoy a very wide field of vision, above average.
The practical internal sunshade screen, treated anti-scratch, is easily operated through a lever located on the lower left side of the helmet.
The internal padding, breathable and anti-allergic, are completely removable and washable and provide maximum comfort even after many hours of use.
The retention system is equipped with a practical snap closure with micrometric adjustment.
The comfortable wind stop and the removable nose guard complete the equipment of this helmet, which is also designed for the installation of Bluetooth intercom systems.
Like all SMK helmets, the Twister also complies with the ECE 22-05 homologation.
