Completely removable and washable internal shell is in different thicknesses for complete customization of the final product; The removable internal shell has been ergonomically designed for a uniform and controlled fit of the entire head. The visible aeration slots ensure that incoming air thermo-regulates the inside of the helmet and that the flow of hot air is easily discharged from the rear.
The internal elements (cheek pads and internal shell) are made entirely of COOLMAX® ACTIVE fabric with INTERPOWER treatment:

The shell's special shape allows air to flow along the entire exterior surface without generating vortices or turbulence, making the helmet (and therefore the final user) more stable and secure.
Thanks to wind tunnel studies and the new mechanism designed by SUOMY, the helmet has a very low aerodynamic impact, both frontally and when completely open. This makes the D2O much more stable than other flip-up helmets since aerodynamic interference is decreased consequently eliminating the creation of minor turbulences, known as the "sail effect" in aeronautics
The flip-up D2O + SCS, has been meticulously studied in all details: design, comfort, communication technology, reliability and security.
Built and tested in a wind tunnel to optimize the external flows and especially the ventilation inside the helmet, at first glance it appears to be a sport helmet, but when it is worn it ensures comfort that only a high range helmet can give.
The D2O + SCS is equipped with the communication system tuner (SCS Suomy Communication System).
An important innovation in the Bluetooth ® intercoms market. The SCS has several features: the possibility of calls, listen to MP3s, listen to FM radio, chat with your travel companion and other "friends" up to 200m away.
