CALOTTA MATERIAL
Helmet made of TRICARBOCO material which allows for a lightweight and at the same time even more rigid and protective shell. The new composite is a mixture of carbon fiber with various weights / breakage loads and aramidic composite that allows to have a lightweight but at the same time even more impact resistant bonnet.

The helmet is manufactured with different sizes of caps depending on the size of the proposal and thus offers a perfect proportion between the helmet volume and the size of the biker, while maintaining the degree of protection and safety.


PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRY
Designed in different densities, it allows a gradual and progressive absorption of impact force generated by impact. Although most of the energy due to an impact is absorbed by the outer protective shell due to its deformation, the role of the polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of residual energy. A varied density of the polystyrene itself optimizes the mechanical performance of the polystyrene shell, ensuring maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet itself.


VENTILATION
The internal protection polystyrene has been designed to work in symbiosis with the air vents on the fiber cap. The special grooves made on the polystyrene allow the inlet air flow to be optimally ventilated inside the helmet and, at the same time, a quick discharge of the hot air streams leaving the rear air intakes.

INTERNAL

RETENTION SYSTEM
