The "Esatech Back Inserts" back protectors are 100% manufactured in Italy, in shapes and sizes perfectly developed to be included in the special pockets provided by the main technical clothing brands for motorcyclists. The external plate is composed of a hexagonal structure in anti-shock nitrile (Esatech System), specially formulated to absorb high impact energies and studied to dissipate the impact involving a large surface of the plate. The underlying layers are made of EVC (Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells), an innovative water-repellent anti-shock rubber with a high performance / weight / thickness ratio, perforated to promote transpiration from the area in contact with the body towards the outside. They are comfortable because they follow and support the movements of the spine and reach the level of performance according to EN1621. Their maximum thickness is only 21mm.
