Combines and guarantees at least 7 essential safety points:
1. Impact: Guarantees the use of CE certified protections in clothing. These protections increase the absorption of impacts on the most exposed areas. The protections are mandatory for elbows and shoulders on a jacket; for trousers they are mandatory on the knees and hips. The back protector is not mandatory, as are the protections on the phalanges for gloves.
2. Abrasion: Simulates the impact on the road caused by the fall of a motorcyclist. CE certified materials are significantly more resistant to abrasion. Ixon has selected and uses only a material that combines strength and maximum comfort: the Noxiguard. It is a 600D polyester whose Higt-Density weave and exclusive coating ensure excellent strength.
3. Laceration: the fibers and their density give a unique structure to the fabric and allow a superior tear resistance compared to classic fabrics.
4. Cutting: simulates the penetration of a sharp object during a fall. CE certified materials reduce the risk of perforation.
5. Seams: the seams are tensile tested and improve the overall resistance of the garments.
6. Conservation of ergonomics: checks the ease of movement during use and the correct positioning of the protections inside the garment.
